Hello Swift Community!

The [amendment](https://forums.swift.org/t/amendment-st-0021-targeted-interoperability-between-swift-testing-and-xctest/86142) for [ST-0021: Targeted Interoperability between Swift Testing and XCTest](https://github.com/swiftlang/swift-evolution/blob/main/proposals/testing/0021-targeted-interoperability-swift-testing-and-xctest.md) ran between 2026-04-21 and 2026-04-29.

The feedback was very light, with no dissent. After some brief discussion in the testing workgroup, we decided to accept this amendment.
