I think Apple Developer Connections doesn’t advertise well what is going on with Swift 3 development, for example Swift blog on ADC is stalled from February. Come on people, let others know that Swift 3 is a big deal and urge others to read all its proposals because they shape up quite quickly and Swift 3 will affect everyone!

I'm sure the Apple Developer blog will be all over the new features once Swift 3 is announced at WWDC. But that blog is very much focused on language users, not language designers. Discussing half-designed features that won't be available for months is just not in its wheelhouse.

Although I might welcome a separate bikeshedding mailing list, I have a feeling it would just wind up being CC’d rather than being the sole target of said conversation.
