As pointed out by others in the recent generics thread [Improving the UI of generics](https://forums.swift.org/t/improving-the-ui-of-generics/22814), there is a case where `any` seems an appropriate keyword. Would this proposal preclude that, or could functions named `any` be disambiguated from an `any` keyword in type position?
