Hello Swift community,

The [review](https://forums.swift.org/t/st-0029-include-additional-issue-metadata-in-event-stream/89234) of [ST-0029: Include additional issue metadata in event stream](https://github.com/swiftlang/swift-evolution/blob/main/proposals/testing/0029-add-issue-metadata-event-stream.md) concluded on September 10, 2026, and the Testing Workgroup decided that the proposal is **accepted**.

Feedback was light, noting the usefulness of this for improving debugging.
