Hello, Swift community.
The second review of SE-0397 from May 15th through the 22nd. It was narrowly focused on the question of how attributes and modifiers applied to freestanding declaration macros. Feedback was light, but people seemed to generally accept the author's explanation of why the proposed interaction was the right one. The Language Steering Group agrees, and accordingly, SE-0397 is now fully accepted.
