Hello Swift community,

The [second review](https://forums.swift.org/t/se-0314-second-review-asyncstream-and-asyncthrowingstream/49803) of [SE-0314: `AsyncStream` and `AsyncThrowingStream`](https://github.com/apple/swift-evolution/blob/main/proposals/0314-async-stream.md) has concluded.

The proposal is **accepted**. After much discussion, Core Team has decided to retain the `AsyncStream` and `AsyncThrowingStream` names as proposed.
