[Accepted] SE-0063: SwiftPM System Module Search Paths

Hello Swift Community,

The review of SE-0063 "SwiftPM System Module Search Paths" for the Swift Package Manager ran from Feb. 7th-13th, 2016. The proposal has been accepted.

Feedback was light but positive, which was not surprising since there had been email discussions of this topic for some time and there was general agreement about the need.

The accepted proposal can be found at https://github.com/apple/swift-evolution/blob/master/proposals/0064-property-selectors.md\.

There is an implementation for this proposal already, and creation of a pull request has been awaiting acceptance of the proposal.

# SwiftPM System Module Search Paths

## Introduction

Swift is able to `import` C libraries in the same manner as Swift libraries.

For this to occur the library must be represented by a clang module-map file.

The current system for using these module-map files with SwiftPM works, but with
a number of caveats that must be addressed.
