A Swift Community Survey?

In the last week both Rust and Go have published the results of their community surveys. It strikes me as odd that Swift has no equivalent. If nothing else it would be useful to gauge the health and top desires of the community so that open source contributors might be able to prioritize work. I also think it would be useful for Apple to hear from the community at this scale and beyond those who participate in the Swift forums or Apple's developer forums.

Is there interest in this? How could we move forward, if so?

FWIW I think this is a great idea. https://iosdevsurvey.com/ is another good example of a Swift-adjacent community driven effort we could learn from.

I think a survey like the one you’re suggesting would be invaluable to swift’s development as a language. It would be great to see it become a reality!
